“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people……

“We enjoyed our time at this beautiful beach house. Great location to enjoy various towns along the Lake. Nice beach for swimming. Enjoyed the sleep number beds. This was the perfect house to bring our dog along. Well stocked kitchen! Would love to come back!”

“We loved staying here! It was a quick, scenic walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for cooking a few meals at home. We traveled with our toddler, and he zonked out in front of the a/c unit and we got to watch the sunset on the patio. Thanks Patricia for a lovely stay!”

“Stayed here for a quick weekend trip to Michigan to go to St. Joseph’s beach. Was a great, quiet location and had everything we needed. Communicated with the host before the stay about some amenities and got very quick and helpful replies.”

“This place was amazing! The property is well kept and clean. The views were even better than anticipated. The only issue we had was that the house was hot. Unfortunately, we chose the hottest weather to visit. (95 outside 101 with heat index) The AC could not keep up and it was 80 inside the house. The property managers were very responsive and came immediately to look at the unit and provided us with fans. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we will be back! ”

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, was very clean and had everything we needed. It was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Jennifer was the best host, answering all of our questions promptly and giving us great tips on restaurants and beaches in the area. We would definitely stay here again. “Apartment was really nice and clean. The check-in process was easy and it was nice having a locked parking lot. The owner was super responsive when we had an issue and even door-dashed us a replacement set of sheets. The building is nice and quiet, but the neighborhood was a bit up and coming. “We rented last summer and found the accommodations so perfect for our family of 10 that we rented again this year (June 20-23), and we will be booking again next summer for another long family week-end. There is plenty of space inside and out, a wonderful kitchen, newly renovated from last year, as well as comfortable beds, AC, ceiling fans in every bedroom and 2 spacious bathrooms, and 2 living room areas. Down town is a 2-3 block walk and the beach is about 10 min walk. We drive to the beach……
