“We thoroughly enjoyed our time in South Haven. This 1 bedroom cottage was perfect and the cheese and wine upon arrival were much appreciated! My only negative feedback is the couch is a little dated and uncomfortable but everything else was amazing! Super easy access to the beach with all the necessary beach equipment provided. Loved that we had access to laundry and that our dog could stay with us as well. We were permitted to use the main house’s front porch which was nice since no one was in……

“This place exceeded our expectations. It is a Hidden Gem or a Secret garden back in the woods through the corn fields. It's like a whole new world of exploration and beauty. You instantly feel calm and connected to nature here. My family and I felt so at home. We love exploring and there's plenty to explore around here. “We had a lovely time on our stay. My husband and I meet up with my cousin and her husband just to spend some time together. It’s half way for both of us (we’re from Ohio and they’re from Iowa). It’s a nice open concept, the place is very clean and they have everything you need.We spent almost all of our time around the kitchen table so I can’t attest to the TV; we never turned it on. But I don’t think the furniture would be comfortable enough to sit on through a movie.It’s a good location……

“We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Creekside Cabin. The land is beautiful, the property is well-maintained, and it has all you need. We saw over 30 bird species, had a close encounter with a Blue Heron near the hot tub, and enjoyed the little frogs playing in the creek. We also enjoyed a hike at Dr. TK Lawless Park, a short drive away. We hope to come back again soon. ”

“This property was just what we needed, a place to stay with our dogs while we attended an out-of-town graduation. Beds were comfy and the cottage was nice with good drinking water (not well water).Only issues were no door directly to the backyard (so you still have to leash the dogs to let them out), no hand rail on the stairs (my mom couldn't safely stay here), quirky design (shower door blocks the towel rack when open) and the lighting challenge of an older home (no light switch in main……

“From the moment you enter the area and pull up to the cottage, you know you made the right choice. You can tell this property has been recently updated with care. Everything looks new or almost new. There is a private King bedroom with master bathroom, 2 good size queen bedrooms with a couple of pull outs. The queen bedrooms are close to a second bathroom with shower. The living room is spacious, the dining room is cozy and the kitchen has everything you would want for a trip like this. This……

“Cabin was cozy, fit the 4 of us comfortably. Lake was calm and beautiful- the sunset views were spectacular. Having access to the dock to park our boat was a major perk. We learned quickly not to leave any food/soda on the countertop as small ants will find it quickly! Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.”
