“Farmhouse is a good description. We stayed 3 nights in July.The outside is gorgeous,the pond, fire pit, swings and slide, and a barn. We used the barn because we had a rainstorm that wouldn't quit. The barn was well lit and had 2 folding tables and 6 chairs. Unloading the car, it is easier to go around the steps then on them to unload to the house. Once inside the main floor is set up OK. Front room with couches and TV, dinning room, bathroom with shower, a large enclosed rear porch, and a……

“Communication with the property manager was terrible, to the point that we couldn't get into the house at the check-in time because we hadn't received the code yet. The delay disrupted our entire schedule and led to an extremely stressful evening and night. Once we finally got into the house, it was missing things like hand soap in the kitchen and most bathrooms and dishwasher detergent. We finally found several tiny bottles of body wash in the master bathroom shower and distributed them……

“We had a great visit for Freshman drop off. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4. It is walking distance to everything on campus. We look forward to many visits over the next 4 years!”

“The place was was completely updated and very clean. It was only minutes from the highway exit. The rooms were spacious especially the bedrooms. The backyard was fenced in with a large covered patio and new furniture, it was a great space for our 2 yr old grandson to play. The ony drawback was the duplex was on a older street with multipal rental units and some of them were not well maintained. The property had lots of outdoor lighting to see when we returned after dark. I would definitely stay……

“Our stay at the Little House was wonderful. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and me. The hosts were welcoming. They added touches like snack basket, K-cups set up, and amenities in the bathroom. The backyard they share is so peaceful. We will definitely book with Sue again.”

“We had a great experience. There was a slight smoke smell when we first arrived but the management group was very cooperative and offered various solutions to help remove the odor. It was nice out so we just opened the windows and aired the house out. No issues after that. Nice quiet neighborhood and you a really close to just about everything. Nice restaurants and great community. Would highly recommend.”
