“Property was nicely appointed, had all the amenitites and more. We had a very pleasant stay. Only a couple of things need attention. Front door lock needs adjustment as host had to remotely open the door every time. Water in kitchen sink takes a long time to get hot. And the water regulator in master suite bathroom is backwards. The handle turned to H never did get hot but got hotter the closer it turned to C. Regardless, it was a great stay in every way.”

If you are looking for nightlife bars and shopping not the place for you. The kitchen is very functional. It was perfect for us to meet our friends and have a wonderful weekend. ”

“The Coca Cola house is a great place to stay in Ava MO. The queen size bed is very comfortable. We found everything we needed there to make us feel at home. There is a convenience store within walking distance, two grocery stores close by, and several good restaurants. ”
