“The property was great. Little far from trails -12 miles at 25 mph. It is however, situated between both forests and we were able to see quite a bit of trails, both mild gravel roads to some technical crawling. Scenic river waterfalls, mountain peaks and a lot of nature. Bring your stuff as you'll have to travel to get any forgotten items.”

“Great place and location for mtbing the Ouachita or Womble trails. Property was large enough for big groups and had plenty to offer for those not biking for the weekend. ”
