“The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful.”

However, even though I knew there would be no breakfast, I thought that like most B&B’s there would be the possibility of coffee or tea in the morning. There was no one home to welcome us or give information about nearby restaurants, etc. Why take the reservation if you can’t provide the amenities most B&B’s feature?”

“The property manager was very communicative from the start. I enjoyed the stay and didn’t have any major issues at the home. The wifi went out for a few hours but the PM came and fixed it fairly quick. The living room is a bit dark during the day, but that’s minor Thanks you guys for a great stay for me and my family. “Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances. ……

“Home was clean, easy to find parking, and convenient to public transit via street car that runs to Union Station frequently. The host was very responsive when expressing needs or issues. We traveled with two senior citizens who struggled with the walk up to the 4th floor apartment. I live in NYC and not much makes me uncomfortable but the immediate corner has some folks outside day and night doing some sketchy business. That said, no one bothered us and I would return to this property as it was……

“While the description of the property was technically true, it fell short of expectations. For example, the description said that there were room darkening shades, but it was just regular shades that were very basic and let in a lot of light. Because of food allergies, we have to have access to a kitchen and this is why we went VRBO instead of a hotel or similar. The kitchen was ridiculously unstocked. The company representative was very receptive and provided what we asked for, but I shouldn't……
