“I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. We were treated like royalty. The place and the rooms are beautiful and elegant. The history and significance of it includes surviving the atomic bomb. There’s 2 original windows in the dining room that survived the bomb. It’s a hidden gem in Nagasaki that I can’t say enough about. Everyone in our party of 5 said they liked this hotel the best. “The rooms that I and my parents stayed were in excellent conditions. Bathroom was new, clean and big. The bed was comfortable and the room was bright. I forgot my diamond earring in the room. I did not realise until I was back to Fukuoka. I called the hotel and they immediately sent a staff to the room that I stayed to check. THEY FOUND IT! I returned to the hotel in the next morning to pick it up. This is such a wonderful experience that the hotel staff was honest, friendly, helpful and……
