When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location.”

“Huge home! Clean with all towels, blankets that could be needed for both pool and for bathing. Pool was beautiful and clean as was hot tub. Zip line in back yard was fun. Met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations.”

“Check-in instructions were clear and easy, although with other rentals I have typically gotten them before I left home for the trip (within 12-24 hours of the stated check-in time). So I was a bit surprised when I contacted the owner the morning of, and was told they typically send them out at 1:00. They did send them though right away so that was all good. The place was very nicely updated. All the kitchen dishes, utensils,towels, and pretty much everything seemed brand new. The bed and……

“It wasn't particularly clean. No key required to enter from parking lot, which wreaked of pot. No in-room coffee maker. Dirty ironing board pad. Limited TV remote functions.”
