“We came from Spokane to do fishing on Liberty Lake, but that night it was raining so we stayed in the room. We watching TV and relaxed on a very comfortable bed. Even the grounds of the hotel is under construction, the room was very comfortable. Even if it wasn't raining outside, I do believe neither one of us would have went fishing...”

“for maintenance and future improvements to the bathrooms. - suggest to undercut the bathroom doors to about 1.5 inches from the floor in each suite. this would allow better ventilation in the bathrooms. I noticed that the finish on the bottom of the door was curled up. this is the result of either flooding or inadequate ventilation. ”

“I did not realize that the poop (or waterpark) was an extra fee. It was a great facility but didn't plan for or expect the extra charges. I would have paid for the waterpark because it was worth it but jusr didn't read details. I would stay here again and plan a little better. ”

“The gal in the evening was so sweet, I can't remember her name, but she was going through some medical challenges and still a delight. The day guy manager not so much. I told him every time I put a paper cut in the microwave it starts burning. He told me you shouldn't do that. Get another cup. There were no other cups, but I have never heard of not putting a paper plate with your food in the microwave as I have been my entire life. He seemed to care less about the burning. ”

“Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.”
