“One of the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. Great information prior to check in, easy checkout.Went on vacation with my husband and had a friend join us for the first few days. Very relaxing atmosphere and we loved watching the bird activity on the water and in the surrounding area. Great little town to explore as well as close to the Historic Triangle. “Two of my friends and I stayed at this wonderful vacation spot. Beautiful views of the water. Spacious for the three of us. We enjoyed sitting outside either on the swings or in the Adirondack chairs on the pier. Even when it was chilly, we could enjoy the view from inside sitting at the dining room table, in the den and even from the kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean house. Would definitely return!”

“First, I did not realize how far off the beaten path the property was; however, it wasn't a difficult or treacherous drive. Once arriving, it was well worth it. The property is immaculate and provided all the basic needs to cook and enjoy the amenities. The river is beautiful, and watching it from the sunroom happened daily. I will definitely look at this property when returning, hopefully it will be warmer but the firepit offered warmth and smores when sitting out back enjoying the river……

“The home and location are very nice and as described. The reason I am ranking only 3-stars is because the house was very hot when we arrived. We turned the AC to 71 degrees, yet the WYZE thermostat kept remotely changing to 79 degrees. It was about 95 degrees outside, so we couldn’t find any relief from the heat. I contacted the owner a couple of times about the temp changing and was told “Sorry! We’re out of town”. Ultimately, the thermostat shut off completely. We tried to turn it back on with……
