“This unit in Kingsmill was just as it was pictured and described in the VRBO ad, plus it was clean, attractive, and had a comfortable bed. We were visiting Williamsburg mid April for a friend's memorial, so we were happy to be away from the hustle bustle of some hotels in the area, yet close to the attractions if we desired that. The entire neighborhood that this unit is in is gorgeous; extremely well maintained and beautifully landscaped. This unit is a very short walk to the James River marina……

“The house was well maintained for such an old house. Very small bathroom. I would not recommend more than 2 to 4 people stay here. The back yard was a lot smaller than we hoped. I felt overall it was a good place to stay. Maybe a little over priced in my opinion. ”

“We loved our short stay here. The cottage was very nice and located in a great spot. You could see the water from the screened in front porch. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!The owners were awesome at communicating and everything was a breeze.We love Cape Charles and will definitely stay here when we come back!”

“About 20 minutes to walking & colonial Williamsburg, 20 to Busch Gardens. Very clean. It was really warm when we arrived but cooled down well enough (the upstairs more effectively than the downstairs but both were pleasant). This is a Hilton run resort and it was a gorgeous property with lots to do on its campus (indoor pool, mini golf, walking grounds, gym, fishing, etc etc). The kitchens were well enough appointed. Make sure you bring salt and pepper as they weren't included with the "basics."……

“Such a wonderfully quiet, peaceful place. We had a great time relaxing, fishing, and playing lacrosse in the huge flat yard. Remote spot but within a 10-15 minute drive to cute small towns with amazing restaurants. ”
