“Very pleasant people. Attentive. Room clean. Nice touch, bottled water. Clipper tea. Clean bathroom. Nice towels on heated towel rail. Plenty of parking. Continental breafast, all fresh ingredients, melon, grapes, orange, yoghurt, croissant well presented on a plate. Busy little pub, lots going on. Beer garden. ”

“Staying here with two adults & a large dog in room 4 was a tight squeeze. Garden bench was rotten and broken. Very busy road outside but I wasn’t aware of this at night, the accommodation is set back a bit. Seems like locals love this place, the restaurant was full. The staff are very friendly.”

“A lovely overnight stay. We had two beautiful rooms. Tastefully decorated. Bed very comfortable with super soft bed linen. We had a good choice for breakfast which came quickly and was delicious. The host was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Staff were a delight the entire stay. Room (1) was beautiful and clean, with windows on 3 sides (excellent for a breeze), lovely roll top bed, comfy mattress and very nice modern bathroom. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Ate at the hotel Saturday night and it was superb. Scotch egg was delicious, pork fabulous and the pizza was gorgeous. Excellent wine selection and utterly superb soft drink (bottles in the fridge) range. Breakfast was really good. Yoghurt, fruits and cereal, then cooked……

“This was the first time i have stayed at an apartment as normal use hotels, but this maybe the way forward for me as a frequent traveler. It was like home from home with some very nice touches which whilst simple but milk in the fridge was great especially for the cup of tea in the morning. Will 100% rebook when I'm back in the Yeovil area ”

“Convenient for the Haynes Museum and The Air museum. The rooms not as nice as we expected. Very dark and dated. The toilet was loose on the floor and there was no hot water in the sink, our room didn’t have curtains but shutters which meant if you made it private you couldn’t have any fresh air and it was very hot! Breakfast was okay. Beautiful wisteria growing in the courtyard ”
