“I was not expecting an email 24 hrs before check in telling me that there was no front office staff (they call it contact-less check in) to let us in the building. After waiting outside for 15 minutes trying phone numbers (2nd one worked) I got a code for the front door. Once we got in, I had to download an app and create an account for the app to get my bluetooth key to get in. Not exactly the most convenient, unless all hotels do this and you are prepared. Talking to other patrons, I heard……

“Room was bigger than pictures showed, nice size. Bed was firmer than average, no box spring. Only stayed 3 nights, bed would have been too firm for me to stay a week. Nice accommodations, would stay again.”

“Great location! Just keep in mind that parking is an additional cost, but that’s expected in the City. ”

“Place was awesome! The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The whole hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice and responsive! Fantastic location, tons of great restaurants and things to do immediately next to the hotel. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that's really not something the hotel can control. ”
