“Fantastic house loved the layout. Perfect for our son and family of four, and donating with our three dogs. Beautiful morning’s drinking coffee on the deck looking out at the river and redwoods. Enjoyed eating dinners at the table on deck. Enjoyed kayaking , especially the grandsons. Great communication with owner who answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely say here again.”

“Stayed at the property for a short getaway to Healdsburg and had such a great visit! The property is updated, well furnished, and in a great location. The vineyward views & pool are unbeatable and while it's a bit outside of town it's easy to get into Healdsburg and access other area wineries. ”

“No, seriously, stay in this house if for no other reason than the incredible number of birds around, especially hummingbirds! The house is clean and comfortable with a great view. You can roll your kayaks down the hill to the river, then sit in the hot tub and commune with nature. One of the best parts of the house? The house manager Tenay! We had our informational call when we got settled and by the end of the call I felt we’d been friends forever. She’s a wealth of knowledge on places to go,……

“This is a very cute, liveable house with an outside hot tub. Wonderful porch for relaxing. The house is all one level, but the caveat should be those stairs to get down to the house. They weren't in the pictures. Not accessible. Bit of work to load and unload, but worth it. Kitchen is beautiful and well-appointed, though I would add a serrated knife to the tools. Did have a bit of trouble with the lock box, but it was resolved quickly as the code was actually different from what we'd been given.……
