“The owner, Karen, made us feel so welcome like it was our own home for 4 days. The house was spotless and so much space both indoors and our for our 3 generations. 4 little ones spent their time either in the pool, out on the lawns playing ball, playing board games at the kitchen table or watching TV in the family room. The house is so comfortable, the views incredible and 5 minutes into Healdsburg. Thank you Karen for your hospitality.”

“Everything about this host and property spells ease. The home was spotless, beautifully appointed, well provisioned including wonderful coffee and a gorgeous bottle of wine, flowers and a welcome note. The home is just 7 minutes from downtown, but on a ridge overlooking the river. A doe and two fawns made daily appearances, quiet, beautiful wonderful. Great tv and WiFi. Nothing not to love. “This is our 3rd summer stay. And we clearly love it! Great size for our family. Feels like home away from home. Grateful our dog can always come. The pool is amazing for those hot summer afternoon and evenings. Easy walk to a great beach super friendly water flow for kids. I’d love to see some deck maintenance by the pool, all these years in the same boards are still loose and need repair. It was also unfortunate not to be able to leave the back door open off the kitchen for airflow because of……

“This house is beautiful, and so well stocked. I stayed with 5 of my girlfriends for a bday trip, and we had a wonderful time. The property is huge, and lends itself to lots of outdoor time. We grilled outside, enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and lawn games. This would also be a great house to stay with kids, as there is plenty of space to run around. Healdsburg is only a few minutes drive away, or a short bike ride. We spent our time by the river. There are two public beaches - Memorial Beach and Del……

“Family and friends like to escape the heat and crazy fireworks around the 4th, so we choose a location near the coast or in the mountains. This location was perfectly tucked in between both, with redwood forests on one side, and the coast on the other. Each family was able to stay in their own bungalow with room and bathroom, and we would all gather in the kitchen during meal time. The pool was great to lay out in as was the hot tub.
