“I came from the USA to find my reservation was canceled without notification. Not happy ”

“Warm and spacious property. Lacked a 3rd toilet , preferably downstairs, for the number of people the house accommodates”

“Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.”

“Overall the experience was excellent. Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area. Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. Stand out was the communication between us and a representative who answered all our questions and helped us with our stay.”
