“Staff where amazing”

“During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. Fortunately, in the last 2 days, one of the night staff provided a portable heater to us. No apology was received from the hotel so……

“Room is neat, not too small. No slippers and toothbrushes provided until we asked for. Breakfast is good with variety of drinks and bread. ”

“Dirty place , tv wasn’t working , staff member was rude and unhelpful , gave wrong information all the times ”

“當地最老的酒吧旅館，所以晚上很冷，要注意保暖，但是是少數伯明罕有趣的地方 酒好喝，東西也好吃”

“Heater/ventiliation extremey drying. I had a hard time falling asleep because my eyes and noise got very dry during the night ”

“The hotel is located in the city, extremely convenient location. It is a bit old, but clean and tidy. The parking space is right on the lower floor of the building, good for travellers with cars. ”

“It was convenient and had great access to both parking and public trasnport. There were also great options of tasty delicacies nearby. However, the place was a bit small which may not be suitable for big families.”

“Room was big and bed very comfortably nice to see a bath and shower in the bathroom however felt quite dark also room is starting to see some need of updating, food in restaurant was very nice but you do have to wait, location excellence for our theatre trip will return”

“Short distance betwwen town center and hotel.”

“Convenient, close to city centre with less than 10 mins walk”
