英格兰之心 住宿等级：3酒店, CNY438 起

“Overall, it was an okay stay. the room was nice and clean. The breakfast could have been better. visiting the NEC for a conference meant walking over each day which wasn't far, but there isn't an easy crossing to the hotel entrance. You have to do a big loop around barriers to get there. The reception staff were not the friendliest during check in. We've checked in online which we received as an option via email. upon check in at hotel they said the online check in isn't possible despite us……

“The room is considered small and without wardrobe. No bath tub or shower compartment. No facilities at all and only a small lobby with a coffee machine ( l need to pay)”

“已經是第二次入住，員工非常親切友善，酒店提供的早餐非常棒，絕對值得一試。酒店位置非常接近市中心，附近食肆林立，購物中心也近，十分方便，期待下次再來!!”

“1/酒店位置行去市中心(唐人街，Bullring, 商場) 大約15-20分鐘。 2/房間設施有些舊，床偏軟 3/浴室門不能關上，可能是大舊的原因，門的厎部緊貼住地面 導致關不上門。 4/窗的開關也難了，不能開窗 5/房間沒有電話，可用whats app 與酒店職員溝通，但大部份時間都只係AI 回覆[收到訊息，職員會聯絡......] 當然最後都係冇人回覆。 5/酒店提供每住滿7天有免費收拾房間一次，但我的情況是約了執房，但當晚返到酒店沒有執到，原來改咗第二日執，完全冇通知。 6/ 酒店唯一優點係水壓強，水力夠。 ”

“Check in staffs are careless in working ,often got the date wrong of key card and I was asked to go up and down to correct it .I saw many customers have the same situation”

“Onlyone very bad thing function was on that eve and music was so loud dum dum could not get to sleep until early morning, was very tired morning and all day yawning, , kept drinking hot dinks to stay alert sleep ”

“booked two single beds room but not available during check-in. Need to accept sofa bed but no apology. ”
