“Stayed for 1 night, no meals. Check in smooth polite receptionist, room clean and tidy. Very good for price compared to others in the area, will definitely be staying again. ”

“The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. ”

“1/酒店位置行去市中心(唐人街，Bullring, 商場) 大約15-20分鐘。 2/房間設施有些舊，床偏軟 3/浴室門不能關上，可能是大舊的原因，門的厎部緊貼住地面導致關不上門。 4/窗的開關也難了，不能開窗 5/房間沒有電話，可用whats app 與酒店職員溝通，但大部份時間都只係AI 回覆[收到訊息，職員會聯絡......] 當然最後都係冇人回覆。 5/酒店提供每住滿7天有免費收拾房間一次，但我的情況是約了執房，但當晚返到酒店沒有執到，原來改咗第二日執，完全冇通知。 6/ 酒店唯一優點係水壓強，水力夠。 ”

“Check-in時沒有reception員工接待（我於4pm左右到達），還好事前有電郵指示如何自行入住。第2天想向員工領取到時卷廁紙，員工態度感覺並不友善。熱到方面，水壓不足，熱水時熱時凍，第2晚直頭沒有熱水，研究一輪後自行重開熱水爐才能有熱到，但依然時熱時凍。”
