The bathroom has some mould on the silicone around the bath and a gap at the pivot of the shower screen which results in the floor becoming wet.”

“My husband, daughter and I enjoy stay at Novotel so much. It looks new and having good wifi. Air conditioner can adjust what temperature you want. We especially enjoy the breakfast, the place is big, seats comfortably and the foods many choices and good taste. We will stay again when we come coventry.”

Room is bigger than other places, it was quite good for me to have a business trip stay, look at the price you won’t find any better. I am recommending this place for just a night short stay, this is not premium hotel, but nice.”

“It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.”
