“5 women consisting of cousins niec and friend stayed and enjoyed being off the beaten path. Had a beautiful place to stay for 3 nights 4 days. The only thing that needs is a new fire pit as it was missing a leg and the picnic table was in rough shape. ”

“We enjoyed the charm and beauty of the view from the Mill /House windows and the property was spacious. Beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep and the showers were hot enough with good water pressure. I had to cook food for a Passover Seder and was so pleased the kitchen was well stocked with Cuisinart stainless cookware and excellent knives. When I texted the owner for more instructions on how to leave the house for exit , we had a pleasant conversation . She responded immediately. ”

“Unit is a little outdated but nice.Not truly a ski in - out since you have to walk on the road about 200 yards to get to the Sachem trail.Condo does need ice cube trays since the ice maker is not working.Also the down stairs bath room heater does not work and would be nice since this is where the bath tub is located”

“We had a great time at this cabin, and the town of Wilmington had great spots for food and it's own charm. We'd definitely stay again. ”

“Great location - dog friendly a big plus. Queen mattress in upstairs bedroom was unsleepable....had to move to doubles. Comforter in downstairs bedroom was stained and ripped - easy fix - was a bit off putting. We paid for late checkout - but came back to find we were locked out. Had to stand in freezing cold for a half our on the phone with vrbo to gain access. They got us into the lock box only to find no key inside. I would stay here again - but hopefully the bed would be updated.”
