“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“The stay was fine but our key kept on disconnecting from the doors that lead us into the building and our room. Thankfully they had someone at front desk throughout the whole night so that was real helpful. Besides that, a wonderful stay! ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem is they should have slip steps in the bathtub because it’s a little slippery. The pool area is nice. The kids had a great time. The hot tub was also nice.”
