“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Facility overwall was wonderful. Rooms and common spaces clean and well attended. Small features in rooms needed attention by housekeeping staff. Wrappers left under desk and dirty marks on counters. Kitchen dishwasher appeared to need repair as dishes left from prior occupant were 'clean' but still had food residue. We did mention to the front desk person at check out to have something look into so the next guest didn't encounter. Fire alarm smoke detector was almost a strobe light and kept our……

“The only issue was we asked for a blanket in the evening and never received one. The next morning the front desk told us they had no one to bring it up. Had we known, we could have came and picked it up.”
