“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“The only issue was we asked for a blanket in the evening and never received one. The next morning the front desk told us they had no one to bring it up. Had we known, we could have came and picked it up.”

“We were in Brookfield WI for our son's college graduation from the University of Wisconsin White Water 5/16-5/18/25. The bed was very comfortable, the food was great and Wendy was very pleasant! The room had all the amenities, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. ”
