“Had the heater fan on most of the night but there was an annoying buzz, for lack of a better word, and when that shut off, you could hear a pounding or thudding sound that was constant coming from the walls? “We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility.
