“Overall it was a pretty nice experience staying in Westin. The location is right in the center where you can go everywhere within walk distance. ”

“Will always stay here when I have an early flight. Only downside was bartender/servers perfume was so overpowering it kind of ruined my meal at the bar ”

“Plusses: Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean room. Minuses: Dim lighting in the bathroom (even with the mirror light on too). They ran out of chocolate chip cookies by the time we got back that night. I was looking forward to that. The parking garage elevator closed so hard and fast that it bruised my wife's leg. Watch out for that.”

“They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. ”

“Had the heater fan on most of the night but there was an annoying buzz, for lack of a better word, and when that shut off, you could hear a pounding or thudding sound that was constant coming from the walls? Could hear it very well in the shower. Didn’t get any sleep. Bed and pillows were comfy. My shower did not drain. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
