“Our family was gathering in Heathsville for Christmas and additional accommodations were needed to ensure everyone’s comfort over the holiday. While much of our time was spent at ‘Grandma’s house’ a few miles away, this was the perfect place for us to enjoy late evenings and early mornings. Cousins could be heard laughing long into the night as they caught up in the ‘loft room’, each morning started with a stroll in the dock, and days ended by gazing at the stars.Despite a slight communication……

“Fantastic time in Heathsville. House was beautiful and comfortable. Cozy beds and linens. Spacious rooms, all with beautiful water views. Private bay beach was heaven, even with chilly temperatures. Hosts were easily reached and accommodating. We had a concern with the stove and the hosts had a handyman there tontake cate or it within 10 minutes of contacting them. Hope we have the opportunity to stybat this property again.”

“We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. ”

“The house is lovely and the view of the river is gorgeous - especially the sunsets. There are huge windows looking out into the the trees and the river. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The kitchen has everything you would need - even popover pans! The owners were wonderful: when the kitchen faucet broke, they fixed it immediately.The private beach is lovely too - although we couldn't really use it that much given it was December. It would be great to come back in the summer.”

“My husband and I booked this property for a cozy winter weekend away. This is one of those properties that ends up being BETTER in person than the listing indicated. We didn't even leave the house the entire weekend. The kitchen was so well stocked that we just cooked our meals. The hot tub was so clean, relaxing and had he BEST view of the river. We were lucky enough for it to snow while were were there. It was a gorgeous scene! I really can't say enough good things about this property - they……

“Beautiful home with lots of room for all 11 of us to enjoy meals and hanging out. Great space to accommodate all ages from 4 to 80. Hosts were very responsive and made us feel welcome. The pavilion at the beach was awesome and we spent alot of time there. Great stay , great memories and all had a memorable time. ”
