“My friends booked a last minute staycation to catch up in one place. This place had all the amenities to bring groceries and hunker down for the weekend. The grounds were gorgeous and all the home spaces were cozy. Also, the owner was incredibly communicative before the stay and when we had a few questions during. I hope to find a reason to stay here again in the future.”

“Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Our teenage son loved the upstairs apartment all to himself. My husband and I walked in the neighborhood each morning and enjoyed coffee by the bay. The house was clean, nice and everything the listed showed. We will return for another visit someday. The Raw Bar was a great place for dinner and a view on the water. The Merroir was a short drive away but an amazing dinner on the water with great views, food and craft beer. ”

“We had such a wonderful stay at this property, The Lazy Oyster. Our host made check-in a breeze and answered all of my questions ahead of time. The house was perfectly clean and decorated very tastefully. We had everything that we could need from good quality towels and sheets, to detergent, dish soap, tp, spices, games, puzzles and appliances. The view from the sunroom is fantastic and our teenage sons loved fishing and crabbing from the dock. We also did a lot of kayaking and enjoyed the hot……

“We had a fantastic stay at the Hideaway in Hays Beach. We were coming up to see our 93yr old Grandmother who lives about 45 minutes away. Our families rented two homes in the area and were able to enjoy our time with three generations that aren’t able to see each other often. The home was exactly as shown, perfectly decorated and incredibly well stocked! We’d absolutely come back!”

“We had a great week on the river thanks to our fantastic host, Clint. Cottage is a wonderfully thoughtful renovation, set up for lots of fun activities inside and out. Plenty of beds and all the amenities with a superb dock and nice water access. We grilled, baked, caught lots of rays and even a few fish and crabs off the dock. Fun family activities close by, too. Highly recommend!”

“Took my grandson for a weekend trip to Smith Island to celebrate his HS graduation. My daughter, also, accompanied us, since I am a 90 year old "Grammy", and need some assistance. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and had all of our needs. The host, Kim, was extremely attentive, and made our dinner the night we arrived so we could just relax.
