“A delight to pull up to, inviting front porch, entire house looks freshly painted and well maintained. The inside was well appointed and comfortable. We found everything we needed and more. Very obvious the owners take great pride in providing an exceptional stay for their guests. The community of Irvington has delicious food offerings, friendly folks and good shopping options. Same was found in nearby small townsWould definitely recommend Key Cottage if you travel to Virginia’s Northern Neck”

We enjoyed sitting outside either on the swings or in the Adirondack chairs on the pier. Even when it was chilly, we could enjoy the view from inside sitting at the dining room table, in the den and even from the kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean house. Would definitely return!”

The cottage was so clean, had tons of both bathroom and kitchen items for us to use, kayaks, beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use, and the cottage is decorated so nicely with beachy-themed decor. Be mindful that it is small, but it is exactly how it is portrayed in the listing. Perfect for us. Just walk out the front door, across the yard, and you are on the private beach.
