“This is our 3rd stay, but our first, since the new owners & remodel. The room was clean & comfortable. We stayed with our dog. Will definitely recommend to our friends & stay here again! ”

“ We initially chose the Heritage Inn in Snowflake, AZ based on a Hotels.com search. It looked charming and was reasonably priced—and it more than lived up to our expectations. This is a delightful little inn where each room is uniquely decorated with its own color or theme. There is no on-site staff, but check-in is easy with a code provided, similar to many vacation rentals. Our rooms were tastefully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The guest lounge is modest but……

“You definitely don't want to go to this idyllic, quiet spot right next to the creek, with a perfectly cozy place to get away from everything. The perfect weather, communicative hosts, and nice accommodations are not something you should bother yourself with because it would be a shame if we were unable to come here regularly. Avoid this place so we can keep coming back every year.”

“Everything was nice. The cabin was very clean and very spacious. We wanted a weekend to just get out of the city and this was a great place to just relax. The only down side is that we were unable to use the fireplace due to a fire it caused at some point, which we were not told until the day of the stay. It would have been so nice to have the fireplace especially because it started raining. Other than that, it was great!”

“The hot tub needs a step for easier access, since I am a short lady I had difficulties getting into it. A power outlet should be in the bathroom and there was none. And the only light in the cabin was with the fan and it made the room dark near the bed and the spa.”
