“Really large, with seating for all ten of us in the same room. The open kitchen/ living room is a great hangout space and there are plenty of bedrooms for privacy for several couples/families. Also there is a fenced area which makes it so much easier to travel with the family dog.Have stayed with my extended family more than once and hope to stay again. ”

“We loved our stay at The Whale! Over 30 family members of all ages fit comfortably in this accommodation! The home is a bit older, and some things are worn out, but with close beach access sand can reek havoc! We were in close proximity to so many amenities such as waterfalls, lighthouses, deep sea fishing and whale watching not to mention the five minute walk to beach! Any issues we had with the house were quickly handled. As mentioned in other reviews, the electric outlets on the third floor……

“The house was extremely comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids (12 and 5) for 11 days at the end of August. There are a ton of highlights including the very-well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful view, and easily walkable distance to what might very well be the most ideal beach on the Oregon coast. The beach is ideal because it is at the opening of a secluded cove (Netarts Bay). To the right is the waves and a nice walk to the Oceanside Haystacks. To the left is a beach……

“Perfect little place on the coast! We took a sister trip here and enjoyed the quiet area, amazing ocean views from the deck, and close access to the beach. Cleanliness of the house was good as well. Hope to vacation here again! ”
