“The office staff were friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean for the most part. I lifted the bed sheets and beds had brown stains on the sides. However, the walls are thin, we heard the room next door all night long until about 3am. Breakfast is slim to nothing. As I was leaving another guests asked me to translate as she was checking out that she had bedbugs in her room. She had pictures and bites on her legs.”

“The front desk was so very friendly and the place was so clean! It is very close to one of Lake Michigans beaches. The continental breakfast was good and hot every morning. The indoor pool was warm and not freezing cold. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon! ”

“The 2 ladies at front desk where super nice and introduced themselves to us. Our room was very clean and beds super comfortable and towels were very nice. The staff was cleaning dust up because they are remodeling. Breakfast was plentiful. Would stay there again!”
