“The reason I decided on this house was for the cottage, so my adult kids could have their own space and privacy. I know that things can happen and the water damage was unfortunate but I do feel I should have been given a discount since it was not available and didn't get notice until days before our arrival. “Amazing location and lots of room for two. The door lock is a piece of junk and never worked correctly. ”

“The cottage was perfect. Clean, fresh linens, etc. The view of the river, fishing, kayaking or cooking out was so relaxing. Close to Eugene and next door to Florence on the coast where there are sights and good restaurants galore. Chad and Judi were wonderful hosts. Friendly, knowledgeable, assessable, helpful, but not in your face. Highly recommend.”

“We loved our stay at this wonderful Florence home. We had two kids and 5 adults and there was room to spare. The pictures are very accurate and the location was great. The view is spectacular and the outdoor spaces are beautiful. There is some traffic noise from the highway but you can’t hear it at all when you are inside.
