“The yurt was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning stove almost every night, played lots of puzzles and games, and enjoyed sightseeing in the area. We would have enjoyed getting to know the sheep and chickens a little (we were visited regularly by two handsome black kitties), but alas we couldn't find a time. Next time!”

“It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the place. The bunk house had loads of cobwebs though and doesn't look like it has been used in a while so no one in our group wanted to use it. I just have an overall issue with the increased prices of VRBO's with the added fees. There is a company that managed this property and then VRBO's fees on top of that made it expensive. VRBO properties used to be comparable to nice hotels but now they are well above that. Hope that can change because we love……

“There was nothing about our stay that wasn’t perfect. Even the rainy weather gave us an opportunity to catch up, play some ping pong, and enjoy our favorite spot - the screened in back porch! As a retired nurse and part-time cleaner for an a vacation rental, I and my sisters were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property! “…. Well, not exactly in “woods” but a very private setting , and for this “nature lover” traveler it was a great find. The private waterfall was amazing and I could hear it with windows opened and to see the Lake from my perch out the bedroom door was awesome also. It is cabin-like and not modernized - almost like it is stuck in time - but it was a warm and cozy place to come back to after day time site seeing - visiting Cornell, Ithaca, tons of parks and waterfalls - lots to do and see in……
