The rooms were nice, and the staff was very understanding as far as the guests reviews go, you just need to communicate with the staff. We went down for an army grad and was having an hour to spend with our soldier and communicated that with the staff they was very friendly and understanding and didn’t charge us for a guest like the reviews claimed. The boat dock is GREAT and accommodates our ski and Jon boat. We bring our paddleboard and enjoy paddling through this cove. The owners have 2 kayaks you can use as well. ”

“This stay was perfect, and included full run of the upstairs portion of a house nestled in a nice neighborhood near the heart of Carrollton. The house was clean and provided much more than a couple of hotel rooms ... full kitchen, refrigerator, spacious, washer/dryer, and areas for our family was able to visit comfortably. If we find ourselves in Carrollton again, we'll definitely stay here.”
