“Unlike some of the comments, the location is not convenient. 10min walk from nearest tram station and 20min walk from nearest free tram station. However there are many restaurants (mainly Italian) ard the hotel. Impressed by receptionist Paul, very enthusiastic to introduce the environment around the hotel and Melbourne city, very welcoming. However, was so disappointed by the staff Jack. impatient and unhelpful on arranging the shuttle bus to the airport. Probably wont stay again.”

“The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.”

“I choose to stay in Brady because it located in alleys, not main roads. I expected it would be a silent place in CBD. However the noise came from the pipes in the toilet every night. “The hotel room is modern and cozy, however the soundproof is terrible as I can almost hear everything from my next door, and the door of shower does not sealed properly so there is always a flood after each shower. I commented this to the staffs when I was checking out, and apparently it is a known issue if you are unlucky enough as myself to get one of the connected rooms without any prior notification.”

“The location is extremely good, very convenient with supermarket just next to the building. However the trade off is the noisy environment at night with several time of emergency vehicles running around. Overall staff were helpful except one receptionist was not quite friendly, I had to repeat simple requests like Toilet rolls over and over, and the attitude was quite rude compared to other staff.”

"Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service...."
