“Overall a good stay for a fair price. Most staff was helpful except one front desk person I feel might be better off behind the scenes and not be the face of the hotel as the individual didn’t seem to me to be highly into the service aspect. Others were very good. There were problems with water coming out of the shower onto the floor. Restaurant at dinner is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable .”

“Front desk was unmanned. No hotel personnel behind the counter. Waited for maybe 15 min. for a clerk to arrive. All other hotel staff very friendly, pleasant and professional.”

“We stayed in one of the casitas (king suite). It was a wonderful stay. My only complaint was that the air conditioner kept think it was at the desired temperature & turn itself off because it was too close to the nightstand. We would turn it down to 60 during the day when we were gone so it would stay on, then turn it off at night & open the bathroom window with the ceiling fan on, it was ok. But, it was only around 80° day.”
