“What an absolutely amazing experience we had at the Cozy Cottage! We were in town from Florida for a wedding and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect for the wedding venue and close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host, Christopher, was incredibly responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions. “An excellent property with all the amenities. The hot tub was hot and clean. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the screened porch, and you are surrounded by trees. Almost like being in a tree house. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking any size meal. Large screen TV's in every room. There is also ample parking for multiple cars. Christina was very responsive and helpful. This place is definitely on my short list for Hiwassee, ”
