“We loved staying at the Hersie House. The home is extremely well equipped with all the essentials and a few nice extras that we didn’t expect, such as coffee and creamer and spices in the kitchen. The decor was charming. We enjoyed looking at the pictures of the renovation and reading about the history of the place. The heated bathroom floor was a touch of heaven! We will be back!!”

“What an incredible property to share with family and friends. This place was made for entertaining and hosting special family celebrations. We were in town for my daughter’s doctoral graduation and decided to have the entire family stay together in a place that felt more like home and less like a hotel. Everyone loved the layout with multiple floors and living spaces. We cooked amazing meals, watched a holiday movie and did a Christmas puzzle. All these would have been impossible at a hotel so……

“We had such a nice time getting away from the busyness of home to this precious cabin in the woods. Tons of room for the kids to explore and play outside. We all collected sticks for starting a fire and played tag in the huge fenced in back yard. The kids loved the yard games provided and the treehouse. It was very quiet and relatively private. The cabin was super clean and well decorated which I value a lot . We felt right at home. ”

“This house is very convenient to Dahlonega and also close to a lot of great outdoor activities, which is what we were mainly interested in. The home is very clean and nicely furnished. Mattresses were comfortable. We loved staying there. The owner was helpful and even suggested hikes for us. We were very happy with our stay.”
