“入住採自助check in ，但會有服務人員協助報到，很貼心，且入住還贈送一人一杯自選飲品，非常讚。房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。”

“Wonderful hotel - very kind staff and very comfortable rooms. The amenities were all really new, it’s in a convenient location (walkable distance from Zürich HB), and we had an amazing stay. If we ever visit Zürich again, we will for sure stay here again!”

“The staff and services are excellent, especially the Front Desk staff Ms Lira. She is very cheerful, friendly and considerate. The hotel room is out of our expectations, very warm and made us feels like at home. Location is good as well - highly recommend!!”

“Pros: Classic luxury hotel with nice and friendly staff, and it’s easy to find and park. Perfect location, heart of the city. You have all the shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walking to the lake. Cons: Bed too small for two, pillows not comfortable. No AC in the room, and you can’t open the window due to the noise from the main street. The room is very stuffy and hot, and it’s only April. ”
