“This cabin is wonderful! Our family had so much to do here. The kids were never bored and we spent a lot of time outside. Andrea was very responsive and gave us a lot of tips of things to do and see. ”

“Charming vintage cabin with an over abundance of cabin decor- we counted 55 word/phrase signs /sayings on the walls, 28 bears, 16 squirrels, 8 moose/deer, 10 owls and 28 birds. There is a lot of personal stuff and not many places or surface area for their guests to use. BIG downside- only the primary bathroom shower works- the 2nd bathroom only has a tub with no shower. This was a big deal for us as the 2 full bathrooms was the main reason we rented this place. Communication was not great due to……

“The cabin was amazing. It was just the right size for our family. We spent the weekend in Palomar for our daughter's 11th birthday, and it didn't disappoint. The cabin was fully stocked with everything needed, from cooking to cleaning. Palomar Mountain has minimal amenities, so we knew to bring our own food. The guest book recommends visiting Cecilia's farm, which made our weekend. I have nothing negative to say about the cabin. The whole trip was perfection! We will stay there again as……

“Great place”

“This is a great house centrally located to town with plenty of space and privacy for a big group. The exterior deck is massive and such a great place to take in nature of idyllwild but in comfort. When/if traveling with a group for 6 or more people, I would definitely book this house again. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary dish and cookware. The heater worked great. And the house had plenty of games, puzzles, and a TV for entertainment. Wifi also worked great. The only downside is……

“The house has a beautiful view from the deck. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with plates and dishes and pots and pans. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable with good bedding. Jacuzzi was hot and running when we arrived and fit 4 people easily. Would really recommend to anyone staying in Idyllwild. ”

“This is a great little cabin - nicely furnished and equipped. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood, basically next door to the Idyllwild Nature Center, and is very private. The bird show on the back deck was great. Absolutely would stay again.”

“My husband and I and our lab spent two nights here. It was very comfortable and there is a peace that we felt the moment we got there. There are lots of trees and the squirrels and birds are very active. We truly felt we were surrounded by nature. The yard is huge and our lab loved running free and exploring. The cabin has everything you need for a great stay. Barb was a great host. She checked in and made sure we had everything and also made suggestions of music entertainment for the days……
