“The Strawberry Corner property is such a gem. It is unabashedly sentimental with outdoor areas that bring it home - gazebo, hammock, lovely little areas to sit. The interior is fanciful and old fashioned, but it is a hundred year old house. A garage for your car, or to play ping pong and darts. There are wonderful private corners so that a family can stay there and have their own favorite spots. The entire attic space has been turned into an enchanting space perfect for little children. “Humming and crackling with arcane energy, we enjoyed the charming cabin and grounds and-had a great stay. Host struck the perfect balance of being helpful and responsive without being intrusive. Great experience, highly recommend and would stay again. Particularly enjoyed the interesting architecture, decor, and the local vinyl record is a must play (you'll know it when you see it). Apart from needing to make sure you don't accidentally accept food from or reveal your true name to the local……

“The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and I had a wonderful stay. I had to delay my arrival due to the weather and I felt that the property manager was not very understanding or welcoming.”

“We got away from the city with our 3 boys (10-16) for 4 days. We loved the view and comfortable beautifully decorated modern cabin. The beds were excellent after long hikes in the area. We cooked all our meals and appreciated the big stove and fridge. We heard wild turkeys in the canyon below but didn’t see them. The filter light on the hot tub was flashing which made us a little uneasy and the deck hadn’t been prepped for us but we still enjoyed our stay.in this awesome cabin. ”

“It was terrible, an hour and a half drive from Indio where we were going to the 3 night concert, we had no idea that the highway was a death trap . I didn’t even pickup the keys , there was no way I was driving that road at two in the morning”
