“I absolutely loved my stay here. A perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. The property has amazing scenery, is clearly well loved and well maintained. Entering and leaving was very easy, clear and straightforward with the directions provided. If you’re thinking about staying here, you won’t regret it!”

“SUPER private and peaceful! Exactly what we were looking for - to not have neighbors right next door or even see neighbors. It is an easy, no traffic drive to the town of Ramona and some wineries are really close. The few negatives were the shower pressure is really low, the deck gets afternoon sun and there was no umbrella or shade, and the outdoor furniture was not well maintained and had rat poop on it. But, it has everything you need, and if you want a cozy,peaceful getaway with gorgeous……

“Our family stayed here for a weekend fishing trip to Lake Cuyamaca (about a 10 minute drive from the cabin). It was absolutely beautiful and so tranquil. Our family had everything we could ask for in terms of supplies and “at home” comforts in the cabin. The host was great and very responsive. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the patio area with the old California oaks and the other pretty trees throughout the yard. Make sure you go out and drink in the starry skies at night, too. “Sweet cottage, perfect for our family of 4.Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of towels/blankets. Appliances look new. Didn’t do any cooking on this trip but kitchen looked well stocked with anything we would need. Cara was easy to communicate with. Check in was very easy. Good location near downtown.”

“What a fantastic safari-like experience! The place was very tastefully done (think senior British officer's tent in 1800s) with all modern amenities (and wifi, if you dont want to unplug). Host Lauri was very communicative and easy to work with. We'll definitely be back when we have moree dayss.”

“Clean and quiet!”

“All I can say is the attention to detail was amazing! From the kitchen, to the bathroom and everything in between!!! We had everything we needed to make it the “glamping” experience we were going for. Even the pillows were comfortable (and that can sometimes be a hit or miss). We loved it so much, we decided to extend our stay, which we took advantage of right away after seeing a magnet on the refrigerator that it was offered for a 50% discount. “We had a great weekend celebrating my sisters 40th birthday. This house was was perfect. We loved everything about it, especially the big windows! We loved learning the story behind the home and the Littlehale family. It was the perfect get away. Would definitely stay at this home again in the future! ”
