“What a fantastic safari-like experience! The place was very tastefully done (think senior British officer's tent in 1800s) with all modern amenities (and wifi, if you dont want to unplug). Host Lauri was very communicative and easy to work with. We'll definitely be back when we have moree dayss.”

“Clean and quiet!”

“All I can say is the attention to detail was amazing! From the kitchen, to the bathroom and everything in between!!! We had everything we needed to make it the “glamping” experience we were going for. Even the pillows were comfortable (and that can sometimes be a hit or miss). We loved it so much, we decided to extend our stay, which we took advantage of right away after seeing a magnet on the refrigerator that it was offered for a 50% discount. “Spectacular cabin experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-stocked, and clearly cared for with love. The peaceful surroundings, crisp mountain air, and towering trees made it feel like we were truly escaping the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cabin itself was warm, inviting, and had all the comforts of home, plus a few special touches like board games and a perfect deck to enjoy morning coffee while listening to (and feeding) the woodpeckers. “We stayed two nights in cabin #5. Nicely upgraded and very clean. Great view of countryside and part of lake Henshaw. Very peaceful Thursday, but got a bit busier as Friday afternoon weekend folks rolled in. Close to lake, Julian, outdoor activities, and good restaurants.”

“We greatly enjoyed the little house, it was exactly what we were looking for! Everything we could need! Be sure to follow the owners directions to the house, not gps, they are different so trust hers. I was nervous arriving after dark, and if the roads were wet or icy it may have been difficult. But it was a dry lovely weekend. Stay here!”
