“This property deserves a five star rating except for two things. In the description it says the pool can be heated for a fee. When we requested this we were told they had problems with that and aren't heating it anymore. Only two out of eight of us were able to tolerate the temp of the pool. Secondly, the lounge chairs were in need of repair as the fabric was shredding and we were leery of sitting in them. Again, fix those two issues and it would definitely be a five!”
