“Beautiful home with a gorgeous view. ”

“Had a great time with our family of 7 adults and 2 kiddos. To be transparent, totally booked this place for the awesome backyard and the bedroom to bathroom ratio. The interior decor is NOT my taste but we were rarely inside. Not far from all the wineries and just remote enough for us. Had a little issue with the A/C in part of the house so hopefully it will be rectified by the time another guest arrives. Wish there’s been more plastic selections of plates/bowls for outside, but other than that……

“Simon was a wonderful host -- great communication and hospitality. The grounds and avocado and citrus groves are so beautiful and peaceful, and the views from the cottage all around are striking. Simon gave us a description of the grounds and we had little walks with our pup through the groves, picking up a ripe orange or avocado here and there. Delicious. Fresh morning orange juice. Grapefruit too. He truly has a special place.”

“We came to California with our daughter to see her Master's degree ceremony. This charming guest house was perfect for our stay! The landscaping is absolutely stunning and the little deck in the back of the house was perfect to sit and enjoy the gorgeous property and a cup of coffee! Frances and her husband are wonderful people and hosts. They are a joy to interact with! We will definitely stay here again in the future!”

“The property was the perfect accommodations for my family and friends during our weekend getaway to wine country. It was able to sleep all of us comfortably, and both the oversized couch in the living room and outdoor pool were able to fit everyone with room to spare! Watching the sun set over the Fallbrook valley from the backyard was one of my favorite memories from this trip. The property manager was really responsive and tended to all of our requests and questions too. Highly recommend this……

“We were in town for a sporting event at Galway Downs, place was within 10 minutes which made it super convenient. The house had plenty of space for everyone to relax after being out in the sun most of the day. Host was responsive and accommodating, we would definitely return and book this place in the future. ”

“Loved our stay. Lovely home. The host was awesome with communications. We dis encounter some ants when we first checked in , found some food under a chair . We quickly found some spray and were able to control the situation so don’t leave food out. Overall it was nice. Deer came to visit to the backyard every morning , as well as turkeys , the kids enjoyed it very much . Got some yummy apple pie from Julian Apple pie company . ”
