“The outside space was great. Roomy and private. The inside space was very small. The picture made it look more spacious than it was. All in all though, very comfortable and Stefano was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend grip bars in the bathroom. My elderly husband had a difficult time. Also, the path to the entrance should be paved. Very difficult to maneuver luggage on pavers and for mobility challenged seniors. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. ”

The location within the development was great, easy access to the pool and to the village next to the hotel. We loved it. Parking was a breeze, although a slight walk.The only real negative I have for this listing is that the overall resort of Lake Las Vegas is still recovering from the 2008 real estate crisis and you can see this in the overall building maintenance and the……

“This is a short distance from a lovely area filled with restaurants and stores. There are water activities nearby. ”

“Very happy with our decision to stay here. Check-in and check-out process was simple and Da was very responsive to any questions we had. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate guests and really appreciate the pet friendliness. The views from balcony were great, and the pool area/ workout facility was a nice surprise. Unfortunately the pool area was closed for most of our stay for resurfacing. Lake Las Vegas area is beautiful and great location to access all that Vegas has to offer. ”

“I really liked the size of the condo and the location. It was nice to just walk out to the pool! The condo overall was clean. We did have some maintenance issues while there, but the property owners were SUPER responsive and kind. I would give it 5 stars if there were just a few updates (faucet, disposal, and key issues, which I know are being handled). Parking in the garage was very convenient and secure. The beds were nice and comfortable, but the pullout bed is definitely for a younger body……
