Could not check in for over 2 hours, and almost cancelled our reservation. Drove 9 hours straight only to find out we could not get into the condo even though it was way past check in time, bc the instructions were extremely difficult and missing”

“The unit was clean and we loved the balcony. We cooked breakfast there, but ate out most other times. The location was fun near the lake and restaurants and shops. The pool was awesome and we did use the workout room which was a little dated, but it did the job.”

“This place was amazing ! Steps away from the pool and lake las vegas ! Kayaking at the lake was very fun! The grocery store is very convient also and very close a 2 min walk ! Overall this place was great and we would definitely book again! ”

“Nice place, very comfortable….shower is a bit tiny, but maybe I expanded like a sponge. Only issue was the internet connection. We could never connect my IPad or the streaming services in the bedroom. We were left to our own imaginations, which was fine. We were so busy that when we came home we didn’t have energy for much more. The staff was lovely. ”

“Great place and everything we needed. It looks just like the pictures. Views over the pool and mountains and lake. They had two kinds of coffee makers. Two king beds and plenty of closet space. The fold out couch has a full length cushion which worked out great to lay on the floor as a 4th bed for my youngest. The balcony was great for coffee in the morning. “This is a great property that is very conveniently located in the lake Las Vegas village. The property is a bit dated but in overall good condition. Only complaint was the complete lack of bar soap.or bodywash. We had to go to the village store to purchase that. Raymond was out POC for the property and was extremely responsive. ”

“Our second time here. We will come again. We love the location and the luxury. This year we had a scary issue with security and being threatened by people who were trespassing. Three different times a dog peed in the elevator and we had to either wait for it to be cleaned(and only one elevator worked) or step around it. The pool was temporarily closed because people who were partying got blood around the pool. The unit we stayed in was very nice but sparse - skimpy on toilet paper. No……
