“Second year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lol”

“The property was a great location and well appointed for a large group. I would recommend it to all.”

“The property is outside of the town of Escalante, so it's situated well if you want to to both Bryce (45 min) and Grand Staircase Escalante (15 min - to the entrance near Hole In the Rock Road). We had 2 couples in our group, and the house was great for us. Cooked dinner and had plenty of implements, but should count on bringing your own spices, oil, etc. There was a little bit there, but not much. Similarly, plan on bringing your own soap / shampoo / conditioner / etc. There was laundry……

“Overall we were happy with the stay. Owners are wonderful people and very responsive. Tropic was a great little town to stay in for a Bryce Canyon trip. House was outdated but clean. Plenty of space and beds for a large group if necessary. Only complaints were the TV really struggled to get a good connection and the house had a lean to it. ”
