“Location is a short bike ride to the beach. Although we didn’t need, noticed the above and beyond extras the house provided: beach towels, quality chairs and floats. Add’l perks included a blower for the patio, large capacity washer and dryer, cordless stick vac and access to thru the garage. Outdoor patio areas were clean and debris free - many rentals usually neglect the cleanliness of the outdoor area. The housekeeping was super clean and landscaping was beautiful. Great hosts. ”

“We certainly enjoyed our week at 26 Baynard Cove! The house and furnishings are lovely, clean and updated. It was also just the right size for our family of 4 small grands and 5 adults. The walk to the beach was very manageable with our children. We spent most of our afternoons by the pool which worked well for us. Josh, the property manager, was attentive and handled one small issue immediately! We would love to return to this home in the future! ”

“My wife and I loved our stay at this vacation rental. Everything about the place was just perfect. We went there to take advantage of all the bike trails and was pleasantly surprised to find a path right off the back yard. “This property was everything we'd hoped it would be and MORE. The home was so clean that it sparkled, the backyard was private and serene, the location was ideal.
