“It was a great getaway. The house and location where amazing. Just a little issue with a few of the games that we were looking forward to using. The oven didn't seem to heat properly when making pizzas the top was done but the crust was still doughy. The only other thing i would suggest is the handicap ramp to get into the property had a piece of wood making it hard to get onto the ramp itself. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. ”

“Traveled with two adults and a 2 year old.We LOVED the location! Right next to the water and just across the bridge from downtown Duluth. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and activities. Kitchen was well stocked (but bring your own decaf if you drink it). I was surprised to not find a hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise the unit had everything I would expect. “We had such a great weekend at the Beach House - 1. This was our second time staying at this house, We have previously stayed at the Beach House 5. Beach House 1 is a great location!
